Very similar to Metromix, but available in more cities throughout the U.S. The layout is nearly identical to its rival, including a very similar color scheme. Benefits to City Search is the already listed break down of neighborhoods, and the opportunity to learn about more than just the top major cities. Drawbacks are the lack of user reviews, which are fewer than Metromix.

Geared towards the masses, and available in cities big and small, Yelp is run solely by user’s reviews. This an excellent resource for Chicago models who want straight to the point recommendations from users who have been-there done-that.
